If you cannot find a solution to your problem, save the Database Messages log file of your database to a local text file.
The Database Messages file is the main database log file, which contains all database kernel messages (error messages, warnings, and information). The beginning of the file contains information about the software version, important paths and the current values of the database parameters. The end of the file contains the latest database actions.
