Operating Logs 
In the Logs user menu of the DBA Cockpit, you can find, among other things, a display Operating logs (starting, stopping, initializing).
Procedure
Open the DBA Cockpit (transaction DBACOCKPIT) and choose 
Configuration 
Logs Operating
