In the Kernel user menu, you can display, among other things, the kernel error log.
Open the Database Assistant (transaction DB50) or the liveCache Assistant (transaction LC10). Choose .

Open the DBA Cockpit (transaction DBACOCKPIT) and choose .
The error log, knldiag.err, is displayed.
The error log records all of the database kernel’s error messages and warnings since the database system was installed. This file is written continuously.
You can use the navigation help (Start of File, End of File) for orientation within the message files.
Choose Import Message File to update the output.
