On a Windows Terminal server in execution mode the determination of the Windows system root returns the path C:\Documents And Settings\<username>\WINDOWS instead of C:\WINDOWS. Therefore the environment variable PATH and other environment variables depending on %SYSTEMROOT% are unusable. The DBM server cannot start external programs.
