You can manage your SAP MaxDB database system and obtain information on its status from the database administration using SAP Computing Center Management System (CCMS) (part of the Solution Life Cycle Management).


For you to be able to use the DBA functions of the CCMS, a number of prerequisites must be fulfilled.

The most important DBA functions of CCMS are available in DBA Cockpit for the various tasks of monitoring and administering your database system and can therefore be called using the DBA Cockpit.

Many DBA functions are available as before in a user menu:
