As of version 7.8, termcharset entries that are not deleted are treated as remote table entries and can therefore cause the kernel to crash. This can happen because the catalog migration did not correctly recognize and delete termcharsets from version 7.4. Now, in the catalog migration, such termcharset remnants are removed first.
