<![CDATA[Add Server / Database wizard does not work properly.
In the first step, when the server name is entered, it is directly shown in the landscape tree.
In the second step, where one chooses the database, after pressing Finish, the server entry in the landscape is being deleted.
In this case there is no way to include the server and database.
Unfortunately this is not always reproducible.
