Operating Logs 
In the Logs user menu of the DBA Cockpit, you can find, among other things, a display of Operating logs (starting, stopping, initializing an SAP liveCache).
Procedure
Open the DBA Cockpit (transaction DBACOCKPIT) and select 
Configuration 
Logs Operating

You can also display the control file responsible for the operating.
