Operators, who have been assigned the DBStop server permission, can execute the following DBM commands:

Transferring the database to the ADMIN operational state

db_clear

Deleting the runtime information after a database error

db_cons

Using the XCONS tool (database console)

db_offline

Transferring the database to the OFFLINE operational state

db_restart

Restarting the database

db_stop

Ending a process of the database
