recover_state_check 
Use this command to display information about the current status of the operation for checking a backup (see: recover_check).
You can execute this command while a backup check is in progress. To do this, open a second command prompt and log on there again to the database on which the backup is being checked..
You have the server permission Backup.
You have opened a service session (see: service_connect).
