Check the file system attributes and the operating system rights of the user profile container. This file has the name <database_name>.upc. In Windows, you can find this file in the configdirectory of the database installation. In UNIX systems, this file is stored in <independent_data>/config. Check that there is enough memory available on the relevant hard disk.
