Objects that have a key have an index B* tree, in which the keys are stored, as well as a page chain, where the data in the SAP liveCache basis layer is stored. The key pages value specifies the size of this index tree. If the value is zero, the object does not have any keys.

The keys can be stored in multiple key trees.
