The Space Management display of the Database Alert Monitor or liveCache Alert Monitor shows you status information about logging and automatic log backups, as well as the last log sequence numbers.
Open the Database Alert Monitor or liveCache Alert Monitor. Choose .

If there is not enough free space in the log area, proceed as described in Monitoring the Log Area.
Logging must always be active in production systems.
To guarantee the security of your system, automatic log backups must always be activated. Proceed as described in the section Activating Automatic Log Backups.
