You use this DBM command to delete a Scheduler job.
You can delete both active and inactive jobs. Before you do so, however, you must make sure that the job to be deleted does not have any successors. Otherwise, the DBM command is aborted with an error message.
For deleting a job, the operational state of the database instance is irrelevant. Whether the scheduler is enabled or disabled is likewise irrelevant.
The job to be deleted does not have any successors
You have the server authorization SchedulerMgm or you are the owner of the job and have the server authorization Scheduling.
