Explanation:

Some DBM commands in this application area require a parameter session. In this case, this session was inactive.

User Action:

Check the sequence of your commands. First of all, you must open a parameter session using the param_startsession DBM command before you can process a database parameter.

If the error occurs in Database Manager GUI and there is no way in which you can correct it, please contact Support.
