Prerequisites

You have downloaded
the database software and unpacked it into a local directory (see:
Concept of
the Database System, 
Download).
Installing with the Installation Manager
...
1. Go to the local directory where you have unpacked the database software.
2. Open the program SDBSETUP.exe to start the Installation Manager.
3. Choose Start Installation/Upgrade
4. Follow the instructions of the Installation Manager.
5. When the installation is completed, reboot the system.
