Installation Manager and Database Manager GUI provide templates for creating a database instance, in which the most important properties of the database instance are already configured.
The Installation Manager offers additional templates for SAP installations.
Use this template to create a database instance that is designed for a single user. You can use this database instance to develop simple database applications, carry out tests and work through the examples described in the MaxDB tutorials.
