Explanation:

An attempt was made to confirm a database parameter. You either used an invalid value or a parameter for which there was no Request available.

User Action:

Correct your entries or check the database parameters again (e.g. using the param_checkall DBM command).

If the error occurs in Database Manager GUI and there is no way in which you can correct it, please contact Support.
