<![CDATA[Increased timeout applied for kernel in the case that the external backup tool did succeed from 60 to 300 seconds.
Introduced new DBM Server parameters DBM_KTO_SUCCESS and DBM_KTO_FAILURE that can be set using
DBM Server function dbm_configset. DBM_KTO_SUCCESS overrules the default timeout that was increased to 300 seconds.
DBM_KTO_FAILURE overrules the default timeout of 60 seconds, that is applied, when the backup tool failed and the kernel
is not finishing the backup or restore.]]>
