Check Index: Context menu on Index -> Check Structure does not work if the user logged on to the database is not the SYSDBA user.

Do not check whether it's a hotstandby node if the user is not SYSDBA

Appearance: Check Index as non SYSDBA user. Preconditions and circumstances: As non SYSDBA the context menue "Check Structure" on an Index does not work. Workaround: Use instead the SQL command "CHECK INDEX <tablename>.<indexname>".
