Use this command to delete old log directories in the Database Analyzer program.

Prerequisites

You have the DBInfoRead server permission.

Structure

dban_delete <date>

Options

<date>

Date

All log files with this date or an older one are deleted.

Time format: <yyyymmdd> (year, month, day)

Result

The Database Analyzer output is displayed.

Example

Log on to Database Manager CLI as the operator OLEG with the password MONDAY, connect to the DEMODB database, and delete all log files in Database Analyzer before and including 2005/12/31:

>dbmcli –u OLEG,MONDAY –d DEMODB dban_delete 20051231

OK

0,OK: everything works fine

0,"C:\Program Files\sdb\programs\bin\dbanalyzer" -d DEMODB -u *,* -delete 20051231
