Downgrading Dependent Software, No Databases Exist Yet 
No databases exist that refer to the higher software version.
Procedure
Either uninstall the entire database software using the SDBUNINST program or uninstall only those software components that you want to install in a lower version. Take into account the dependencies between the components.
