Commands for Changing Database Parameters
Changing the database parameters is not one of the standard tasks of a database administrator. A database is fully functional with the configuration defined at the time of its creation. Subsequent changes to individual database parameters require comprehensive knowledge of the internal processes and interrelationships in a database.
