dbmcli.rc 
Use
The module file dbmcli.rc is a resource file and is stored in the $OWN\sys\src\Resource subdirectory. When you specify the module file in the link description, you have to list the Resource directory explicitly:
:Resource/dbmcli.rc
If you specify this module file in the link description, the corresponding resources are integrated in the DBMCLI program.
The module file contains source code that is specific to Microsoft Windows. The module file dbmcli.rc is only relevant in Microsoft Windows in the link description dbmcli.lnk and for this reason it is assigned a condition in the link description.
