Changing the DBM Operator Properties 

You can use the Database Manager GUI to change the DBM operator properties of Database Manager operators (DBM operators).

Prerequisites

The user has the User Management server authorization.

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose Instance ® Configuration ® DBM Operator... .

       2.      Select a DBM operator.

       3.      Choose Properties.

       4.      Choose the General tab page and change the desired properties.

DBM Operator Properties

General	Description
Password	You can change the password of the Database Manager operator.
Comment	You can change the description of the Database Manager operator.
Disabled	Set this option when you want to lock the Database Manager operator.
Enable Pwd	Set this option if you want to enter a second password for the Database Manager operator.

Result

The Database Manager operator has the DBM operator properties you set.
