Redo Log Manager 
When the database is restarted or recovered, the redo log manager ensures that the necessary redo log entries are made available and are processed in the correct chronological order. The redo log manager starts the log reader and the redo tasks.
The redo log manager is a service task and runs in the user kernel thread.
