Configuring Synchronizations 

Purpose

When a synchronization is carried out, the synchronization services log the changes made to the involved tables and replicate those changes. To specify which tables are to be replicated in what way, define replication units.

       1.      Define replication tables (in the master instance)

       2.      Define replication units

       3.      Activate replication units (see Activating and Deactivating Replication Units)

       4.      Initialize client tables

       5.      Configure synchronization services

Result

You have completed the configuration and can now start the synchronization.
