Depending on the procedure you used to install the database software, you can now use either the SDBUNINST program or the Red Hat Package Manager to uninstall the software.
In both cases, you can uninstall the entire database software, individual installation profiles, or individual software components.
To uinstall the software after you have canceled an installation, you first need to restart your computer. The system is not able to access the uninstallation program until you have done this.
If you are working on the Linux operating system and have used the Red Hat Package Manager (rpm package) to install the database software on your server, you can only uninstall the software with this program.
