drop_trigger_statement 

Because of the different namespaces for triggers, specifying a trigger name in MaxDB does not uniquely identify the trigger.

For this reason, MaxDB only accepts the DROP TRIGGER SQL statement (drop_trigger_statement) with the following restriction: the table that the trigger refers to must be specified explicitly (see also DROP TRIGGER Statement (drop_trigger_statement)).
